Be the regional finance voice: Partner closely with regional commerce and operational leaders to shape strategy, priorities, and decisions that drive sustainable growth.

Lead planning with confidence : Lead regional forecasting, planning, and performance tracking - turning complex data into a clear story leaders can act on.

Guide commercial decisions: Support deal desk activity on complex commercial opportunities - helping teams structure deals, evaluate pricing, and protect margin and risk.

Model what’s next: Build scenario models that guide growth, investment, and profitability decisions across EMEA

? What helps you thrive in this role

  • Proven capability in forecasting, budgeting, and board-ready storytelling -communicating complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance audiences.

  • Substantial strategic finance partnering experience in fast-moving, commercial environments - proven ability to partner with business leaders - balancing challenge and collaboration while building deep trust

  • Demonstrated expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) , performance management, and translating strategy into measurable financial priorities.

  • Strong commercial acumen across pricing, margin, and deal structuring — able to bring rigor to growth conversations without slowing momentum.

  • Confidence building cash flow and liquidity models , and using key performance indicators (KPIs) to explain performance and unlock action.

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and high-stakes decisions.

  • Considerable skill in financial modelling and evaluating investment returns in fast-moving environments

  • Professional finance qualification (e.g., CPA / ACA / CFA) preferred

  • Fluent English (additional European languages a plus)

Location & ways of working – Munich

This role is based in Munich, with a hybrid working pattern. You’ll spend meaningful time collaborating in person with colleagues 1day a week, while also having the flexibility to work from home.
