Job Description

Your tasks:

• Management and organization of The 1835 Bar
• Development of new, innovative beverage and cocktail creations
• Ensuring the highest quality standards and excellent guest service
• Ordering of goods, inventory management, and stocktaking
• Training and motivating the team
• Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training and already possess several years of professional experience in bar management
• Your profession is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your personal style
• You have excellent hosting and communication skills in German and English and enjoy using them in daily work

The collectively agreed minimum gross salary for workers in the hotel industry is €2,263 based on full-time employment. In reality, a higher, marked-based salary is paid for this position and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.

Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.
