Als Mitarbeiter*in Qualitätsicherung (gn) bist du für die Einhaltung aller qualitäts- und hygienerelevanten Vorgaben im laufenden Betrieb verantwortlich. Your mission

• You ensure compliance with all quality and hygiene-relevant guidelines during ongoing operations
• You identify deviations early and support error management as well as root cause analyses
• You ensure the sustainable implementation and follow-up of measures resulting from internal and external audits
• You take over the analysis and processing of customer complaints and the resulting measures
• You organize and conduct quality training to strengthen the awareness of food safety
• You act as a competent point of contact for operational areas regarding all quality questions and issues

Your experience & skills

• You have completed training in a regulated industry (e.g., CTA, PTA) or a degree related to food science (e.g., Food Technology, Nutritional Science)
• You bring several years of professional experience in the food industry, ideally in quality assurance
• You have sound experience in implementing standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and HACCP
• You possess a strong hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented way of working
• You are proficient in using MS Office programs as well as LIMS and Lean-Six-Sigma-Tools
• You communicate confidently and fluently in both German and English
