Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training and bring several years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the hospitality industry.
• You are reliable, able to multitask, and have strong coordination skills.
• You possess excellent knowledge of MS Office, PMS Opera, and Birchstreet.
• You have strong communication and guest-service skills in both German and English, and enjoy applying them in your daily work.

Your tasks:

• Coordination of goods flows: Responsible for all goods deliveries and return shipments.
• Central point of contact: Responsible for supporting all internal departments regarding warehousing and goods distribution.
• Deputy team leadership: Independent leadership of the team in the absence of the Purchasing Manager and handling all related administrative tasks.
• Operational support: Contributing to daily operations and ensuring smooth departmental workflows.
• Process optimization: Continuous improvement of processes and structures.
• Employee development: Training new colleagues and driving their development, motivation, and leadership.
• Data & analytical skills: Analyzing purchasing data, identifying cost-saving potential, supporting inventory preparations and counts, and preparing relevant reports and evaluations.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and legal requirements within the purchasing department.

Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. Housed in an historic 19th century building which was the former headquarters for Erste Group Bank AG, Rosewood Vienna is ideally situated on Petersplatz, one of the most famous squares in Vienna’s Old Town.
